Each remote control has its own frequency. It may be that this still needs to be set on your sole.
- Simply hold down the button on your sole or sock for a few seconds until it begins to flash.
- When the sole begins to flash, press one of the following buttons: H, M or L. Now the remote control is linked.
- Repeat this for both soles/socks and the soles/socks are connected.
